THE MISSION: Mission Phoenix delivers automation that changes how the government operates, turning days into hours, hours into minutes. We move fast, we own outcomes, and we don’t do status-report theater.
We’re hiring an Automation Program Director who has led automation delivery in classified environments and isn’t afraid to make calls. You’ll own programs end-to-end, work directly with DIA OHR stakeholders, and keep a fast-moving team on track.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Own delivery from problem statement through deployed automation supporting DIA OHR workflows
Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders and a trusted advisor on execution, risk, and performance
Drive Agile delivery: sprints, blockers removed fast, execution pace maintained
Manage core program artifacts: IMS, MSRs, QBR inputs, and risk tracking, lean and current
Prioritize the automation backlog based on mission impact and feasibility alongside your BPE and developer
Jump into proposal efforts when needed: staffing inputs, past performance, technical approach
WHAT WE NEED
Required. Active TS/SCI
5+ years leading IT or automation programs, at least 2 in RPA or intelligent automation in federal environments
You operate under ambiguity and make decisions quickly, you don’t wait for perfect information
Strong stakeholder communication, you’re the face of Mission Phoenix on-site
PMP or equivalent, active and current
Agile fluency: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
You know UiPath well enough to have a real conversation with your developer
NICE TO HAVE
PMI-ACP or SAFe Agilist certification
Experience standing up an RPA Center of Excellence
NIST 800-53, classified systems background
FAR/DFARS familiarity in a GovCon environment
Prior DIA or IC program management experience
WHY MISSION PHOENIX
No bureaucracy. Fast decisions. Direct access to leadership and customers.
Real mission impact, the automations you deliver change how DIA operates
Small team where your fingerprints are on everything
Competitive comp built for cleared talent, not a government pay schedule
$3K to $5K referral bonus when you bring in cleared talent that we hire

Clearance: TS/SCI

THE MISSION: Mission Phoenix builds automation that runs in places most developers never get access to. Our bots run in classified environments, touch mission-critical workflows, and replace hours of manual work with seconds of execution.
We’re hiring a UiPath Developer to build and own automation supporting DIA business processes. You’ll work on a tight team, translate real process documentation into production bots, and operate across JWICS and NIPR environments.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Build and deploy UiPath automations supporting DIA business processes, attended and unattended
Translate PDDs into bots that accurately mimic user interactions and reduce manual workload
Integrate with enterprise and legacy systems: SharePoint, ServiceNow, mainframes, classified web apps, APIs
Monitor and maintain bots in Orchestrator: troubleshoot failures, tune performance, ship enhancements
Support operations across JWICS and NIPR environments
Write clear technical documentation: solution designs, architecture diagrams, runbooks
Work in sprints, contribute to planning, and ship on schedule
WHAT WE NEED
Required. Active TS/SCI
3+ years hands-on with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
VB.Net or C# for custom scripting inside workflows
SQL for data manipulation within automation pipeline.
You’ve built unattended bots that run in production, and you’ve fixed them when they break
You can troubleshoot and deliver under pressure without hand-holding
You document your work without being asked
Agile/Scrum experience, you know how to work in a sprint
NICE TO HAVE
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)
UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Process Mining experience
Python for data processing tasks inside automation pipelines
Prior dev work in a DoW or IC classified environment
NIST 800-53 familiarity and what it means for automation design
RESTful API integration experience
WHY MISSION PHOENIX
Build automation that runs in real mission environments, not sandboxes or demos
Fast delivery cycles, we don’t move at slow GovCon pace
Small team, full ownership, you’re not a ticket in someone else’s backlog
TS/SCI comp premium, UiPath cert support, and room to grow into a lead role
$3K to $5K referral bonus when you bring in cleared talent that we hire
Interested? Send your resume or reach out for a quick intro call, we move fast and keep the process tight.

Location: DMV
Clearance: TS/SCI
Type: Full-Time
THE MISSION: Automation only works when someone understands the process deeply enough to know what to automate, and what not to. At Mission Phoenix, the Business Process Engineer isn’t support staff. You’re the reason delivery succeeds.
We’re hiring a TS/SCI-cleared BPE to lead process discovery in classified environments, produce PDDs that developers can actually build from, and keep process work aligned to program schedules and stakeholder priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead process discovery in classified environments: interviews, observation, structured workshops
Map as-is and to-be workflows with precision (BPMN / Visio / Lucidchart)
Produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) aligned to approved automation requirements
Identify and prioritize automation candidates based on volume, complexity, and mission value
Align process work with program schedules (IMS/QASP) and stakeholder priorities
Validate solutions through UAT, confirm the bot does what the process actually requires
Track and report benefits realization: FTE hours saved, cycle time reduced, errors eliminated
WHAT WE NEED
Required. Active TS/SCI
4+ years in process engineering, business analysis, or operations in a federal environment
You’ve written PDDs or equivalent functional specs that drove real automation builds
Strong stakeholder engagement, you can run a discovery session with senior government personnel and come out with clarity
Strong analytical thinking, you find signal in messy, undocumented processes
Excellent written output, your documentation is complete, clear, and stands on its own
You understand UiPath well enough to know what’s easy to automate and what isn’t (coding not required)
NICE TO HAVE
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
UiPath Process Mining or Task Capture experience
Experience supporting an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)
DoW domain knowledge: financial management, logistics, HR, acquisitions, common DIA automation targets
Agile experience, you know how to work inside a sprint-based delivery team
Familiarity with QASP metrics and contract performance reporting
WHY MISSION PHOENIX
Every automation we ship starts with your process work, high ownership, high visibility
Tight collaboration with developers and PMs, not a siloed analyst role
Work on real mission workflows in classified environments, not enterprise fluff
TS/SCI comp premium with a direct path to lead and practice-building opportunities
$3K to $5K referral bonus when you bring in cleared talent that we hire
