THE MISSION: Mission Phoenix builds intelligent automation that eliminates manual work, accelerates decision-making, and modernizes enterprise operations. We're hiring a UiPath RPA Developer to design, build, and support automation solutions that improve business performance through scalable robotic process automation and AI-enabled workflows.
You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to transform manual processes into resilient enterprise automations using the latest UiPath technologies, including Automation Suite, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Autopilot.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade UiPath automations using Studio, REFramework, and Orchestrator
Translate business processes into secure, scalable attended and unattended automation solutions
Integrate automations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, web services, and cloud platforms
Implement AI-enabled capabilities using Automation Suite, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Autopilot
Monitor production automations, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and deliver continuous improvements
Create solution designs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks
Collaborate in Agile development teams to deliver automation projects on schedule
WHAT WE NEED
3+ years of software development, automation engineering, or related experience
1+ year of hands-on UiPath development experience
Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
Proficiency in Python, C#, VB.NET, or similar programming languages
Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Advanced/Professional Certification
Experience with Automation Suite, AI Center, Document Understanding, Maestro, or Autopilot
Intelligent document processing (IDP) and OCR experience
Azure and/or AWS experience
Experience supporting federal or regulated industry customers
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies

We’re hiring a UiPath Developer to build and own automation supporting DIA business processes. You’ll work on a tight team, translate real process documentation into production bots, and operate across JWICS and NIPR environments.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
Build and deploy UiPath automations supporting DIA business processes, attended and unattended
Translate PDDs into bots that accurately mimic user interactions and reduce manual workload
Integrate with enterprise and legacy systems: SharePoint, ServiceNow, mainframes, classified web apps, APIs
Monitor and maintain bots in Orchestrator: troubleshoot failures, tune performance, ship enhancements
Support operations across JWICS and NIPR environments
Write clear technical documentation: solution designs, architecture diagrams, runbooks
WHAT WE NEED
Required. Active TS/SCI
3+ years hands-on with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
VB.Net or C# for custom scripting inside workflows
SQL for data manipulation within automation pipelines
You’ve built unattended bots that run in production, and you’ve fixed them when they break
You can troubleshoot and deliver under pressure
Agile/Scrum experience, you know how to work in a sprint
NICE TO HAVE
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)
UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Process Mining experience
Python for data processing tasks inside automation pipelines
Prior dev work in a DoW or IC classified environment
NIST 800-53 familiarity and what it means for automation desig
RESTful API integration experience
