Mission Phoenix is looking for a Cybersecurity / RMF / Assessor Lead to support a high-impact DOW program with USSF delivering Commercial SaaS prototype in an IL4 environment.

This role will drive RMF documentation, IATT package development, and ATO readiness, while coordinating closely with the Commercial SaaS Platform OEM and numerous government stakeholders across USSF and other DoW Agencies.

Key Focus Areas:

• RMF / ATO support (SSP, POA&M, IRP)

• Security architecture + data flow documentation

• IL4 compliance alignment + Zero Trust strategy support

• Security testing evidence + vulnerability remediation tracking

• SaaS/OEM coordination for inheritance and audit artifacts

• Stakeholder engagement with ISSO/ISSM/TPOC teams

Candidates must have experience with: RMF, NIST 800-53, IL4, cloud/SaaS security, and authorization packages in the DoW. Preferred: experience or familiarity with USSF S6 or USAF A6.
